We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Go-to-Market team. You will play a critical role in enhancing our sales processes, driving operational excellence, and enabling the team to achieve revenue growth.

Job Description

  • Optimise sales processes and streamline workflows for efficiency.

  • Analyse sales data to guide strategic decisions and improve forecasting.

  • Design and implement territory planning and lead scoring models.

  • Administer and enhance CRM tools (HubSpot) and other sales systems.

  • Implement growth strategies, capture market signals, and support strategic planning.

  • Train and enable the sales team with tools, processes, and insights.

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ years in sales operations, with expertise in data analysis and CRM systems. Preferably Hubspot.

  • Experience building and implementing growth strategies and frameworks.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration in a high-growth environment.

  • Fluent in English. French is a plus.
