Job Description

At Qevlar, we believe AI will revolutionize cybersecurity, but only if security teams can fully adopt and trust these new tools. That’s where YOU come in.

As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to be the technical backbone of our sales efforts. You’ll help prospects understand how Qevlar works, why it matters, and how it fits into their SOC. From qualification, to demos, to POCs, you’ll turn interest into trust and trust into deals.

  • Drive the technical sales cycle: discovery, demos, workshops, POCs/POVs.

  • Deliver tailored, value-based demos to technical and business stakeholders.

  • Build trust with CISOs, SOC teams, and technical decision-makers.

  • Lead technical workshops, pilots, and manage success criteria.

  • Collect feedback and relay insights to Product to guide roadmap.

  • Create and scale pre-sales assets and demo playbooks.

  • Leverage your knowledge of cybersecurity tools (SIEM, EDR, SOAR, CTI, APIs).

Preferred Experience

You’re technical, customer-facing, and love solving problems. You’re probably a great fit if you:

  • Have 4+ years of pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting experience.

  • Know the SOC world: you’ve worked with or sold to security teams.

  • Can explain technical products in simple, compelling ways.

  • Like autonomy: you’re proactive, structured, and goal-driven.

  • Have an inquisitive mind, are fast-learning, and thrive in a startup environment.

  • Are fluent in French and English (bonus: another language!).
