Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (networking, cold calling, inbound leads, etc.).

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.

  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and present our solution to potential clients.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Development, product, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and AI.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.

Preferred Experience

  • >4y of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology sector.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to autonomously solve problems and suggest improvements to current processes.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity and AI technologies, and the ability to articulate their value to prospective clients.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Fluent in French or English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and sales tools.

Full package: €120k-€160k (50% fix, 50% variable)
