Job Description

Qantev is growing fast and needs a software engineer with experience to lead the tech team on the several topics: backend development, frontend development, infrastructures.

Your role

As a the leader of the tech team, you will manage a team of engineers. You will have to work on the following missions:

  • Mentor a team of passionate engineers, help them grow and follow development good practices to write maintainable software.
  • Create, supervise and prioritize software projects.
  • Understand our data processing and design software needs.
  • Lead client meetings for technical workshops to scope their needs and transform them into software tasks.
  • Work with the product team to solve real business problems with data driven solutions.

Preferred Experience

Your profile

  • You have already managed tech team on several complex projects.

  • You are able to write quality production code and provide coding review to improve the skills of your team.

  • You have strong experience in several languages (Python, JS...).

  • You are eager to improve continuously the codebase.

  • You are motivated to structure and mentor a young growing team.

Bonus skills

  • You have experience in health/insurance industry.

  • You have shipped complex projects with teams of engineers.

  • You have experience with CI/CD and other DevOps tools.

  • You have experience in data engineering.

  • You have a high ping pong level.
