Job Description

About the role 🚀

As Qantev's first-ever Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be part of the CEO Office, reporting directly to the CEO. While our Hiring Managers have done a stellar job, we're ready to elevate our recruitment efforts to new heights with a dedicated Talent Acquisition Expert.

What you will do 👊

You'll play a pivotal role in both hands-on recruitment activities like pipeline management, interviewing, and offer management, as well as strategic initiatives to expand and refine our talent acquisition capabilities. This includes optimizing our HR tools, implementing structured interview techniques, scorecards, and other innovative HR practices to elevate our recruitment processes.
