Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you’ll join a dynamic team. The Qantev Delivery team is vital in overseeing the entire client journey—from initial onboarding to successful software delivery. They ensure that client relationships are effectively managed and that client needs are met through Qantev’s AI-driven platform.

About the role 🚀

You will collaborate with Engineering, Technology and Product teams to design and implement tailored technical solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, demonstrating product capabilities, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of our solutions. This role requires technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and effective written and verbal communication to drive innovation and achieve operational excellence.

What you will do 👊

Technical Delivery

  • Manage and execute the deployment of software applications including its design, data schema modeling, process workflow development and execution in line with Qantev Software Lifecycle operating principles

  • Collaborate with the development and product teams to understand technical feasibility and propose solutions that meet complex client requirements

  • Document technical diagrams and software solution designs in a user friendly and clear format

  • Develop APIs, manage and execute data migration and software configuration activities  

  • Support the solution testing period and ensure it adheres to the client requirements from a technical perspective

  • Act as a bridge between business, technical teams and customers, focused on understanding client needs and providing tailored technical solutions

  • Partner with technical project managers to conduct in-depth client discovery calls, identifying pain points and opportunities for process improvement

Stakeholder Management 

  • Manage client relationships from the C-suite to daily users of the solution while working in collaboration with them

  • Manage differing perspectives and requirements among stakeholders, working towards mutually beneficial solutions

Collaboration 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder needs are integrated into project planning and execution

  • Supporting the Sales team with all technical related queries for prospective clients

  • Contribute to the development of technology processes and internal frameworks

Preferred Experience

Who you are 😀

To succeed in this role, you bring over 5 years of experience in a client-facing technical role, with demonstrable experience in the software and data engineering fields, ideally within a fast-paced environment (scale-ups), with a strong understanding of cloud-based SaaS solutions and their implementation.

  • You have a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

  • You should possess the ability to understand business processes and translate them into technology development deliverables for effective client IT delivery plan management. 

  • Fluency in English is a must. 

  • Strong communication skills are vital for engaging effectively with both internal and external audiences, including large clients and senior executives. 

  • You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, used to presenting client technical proposals through corporate presentations, and strive for excellence. 

  • Extensive experience in managing SaaS-based projects, including software integration and development, along with a strong grasp of relevant software development methodologies, technologies, and application software engineering concepts is essential.

  • Proactive approach, being ready to collaborate with teammates will be essential to your success.

  • Understanding of AI and ML algorithms, including their applications and limitations, is important.

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a significant advantage.

  • Proficiency in additional languages like French, Chinese, or Thai is an advantage.
