To support PlayPlay’s development and our people's growth, we are seeking a Senior People Business Partner.
We are a people-centric company and are looking for an exceptional individual with an HR generalist background to partner within our People Team.
You will report directly to our Chief People Officer.
MISSION:
Ensure the implementation and drive our processes and needs: Quarterly/Annual Reviews, Career Path, Performance Calibration, Compensation Cycle, Training, etc.Create a scalable and efficient People Experience across our offices, enhancing PlayPlayers' experience from onboarding to off-boarding.Be the HR point of contact for our managers, supporting, mentoring, and coaching them on all their HR topics.As a culture champion, drive and accelerate a culture of inclusion and excellence where people feel engaged, motivated, and inspired.
REQUIREMENTS:
Solid experience as a People Partner / HRBP / People Lead (8-10 years) with an international scopeStrong expertise in labor law and interest in US/Germany regulationsExperience in labor relations and social dialogue managementSkills in managerial coaching and talent managementGood understanding of business challenges, ability to act as a business partner (facilitation, challenge, influence)Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and emotional intelligenceAbility to build trust-based relationships with managersDiplomacy and ability to handle complex situationsAnalytical mindset and interest in HR KPIsFluent in English
