What does it mean to be a Talent Acquisition Specialist at OVRSEA? 🤔
Talent Acquisition plays a crucial role in the growth of any expanding startup, and at OVRSEA, it's a top priority! However, our mindset is clear: quality over volume. We have a hiring process that allows us to assess candidates thoroughly while providing a rich learning experience for them.
Whether you are considering an HR career, leaning more towards sales/marketing, or planning to create your own startup one day, recruitment is a key function at OVRSEA. As a significant contributor to our development goals, you will manage the recruitment process autonomously and interact with C-level managers in France and Europe daily. If you are looking for strong ownership, exposure to business subjects, and having a real impact on startup growth, this is the internship for you!

She will enjoy managing you for six months and will be here to help you grow, providing feedback, advice, and techniques to perform in your role. Passionate and business-oriented, Juliette views recruitment not just as filling positions but as developing recruitment strategies.
