The Business Performance team 📈

You will join the Revenue Operations team that manages cross-team projects to support and optimize sales team performance.

As part of the Business Performance department, the Revenue Operations team gets a 360-view on company topics (sales, procurement, operational) and leads transformation projects to create the conditions for our success, in direct collaboration with Brieuc, COO and co-founder.

The Revenue Operations team supports sales teams on 3 main pillars :

- Defining and monitoring the revenue strategy: performance analysis, co-construction of sales objectives.

- Optimizing our acquisition, retention and upsell schemes: implementation of processes, tools and product features to optimise customer satisfaction and sales performance.

- Supporting the growth of our sales and marketing teams: team structuring, continuous improvement of training, support to team leaders in managing their teams and projects.

Some of our key challenges for 2024:

- Develop our product and our sales to large companies (tenders, integration of subsidiary networks, contractualisation, etc.), via maximized operational quality of service and customer satisfaction.

- Improve our sales processes and our CRM to support the growth of sales teams.

- Support the development of cross-sell opportunities: bringing values to our customers beyond freight forwarding, for example on customs support or NZI consulting.

- Bringing our international markets (Spain, Italy, US) to the next level.

What does it mean to be a Business & Strategy Analyst Intern? 🤔

You will report to Clémence, Head of Business Performance, and work closely with the Sales, VP, and Country managers. This is both a strategic and operational position that mixes data, sales, and operational topics.

It will allow you to collaborate with different teams on various projects that are crucial to support OVRSEA’s growth.

Your missions 🎒

👉 Monitoring the performance of core business teams (30%)

Data modeling to monitor marketing & sales team performance.

In-depth data analyses to identify areas for improvement and maximise service quality and/or productivity.

Organisation of training and monitoring of the development of sales newcomers’ skills.

👉 Operational support to marketing & sales teams (30%)

Ad hoc analyses and support to account executives and account managers in the preparation of business reviews with our top clients.

Help our growth ops and marketing teams on both top-funnel and bottom-funnel levels on marketing initiatives to increase business performance.

Preparation of sales team meetings with the help of senior team members.

👉 Project management & strategic research (40%)

End-to-end management of structuring projects aimed at improving our productivity and/or sales performance.

- You are available for a 6-month internship starting in July 2024 🗓

- You already have 6+ month internship experience, preferably with a strong data or project management component (consulting, fast growing start-up etc.).

- You are analytical and have an appetite for data, with advanced skills in Excel.

- You are a curious person motivated to join an exciting entrepreneurial adventure.

- You are able to work on different projects simultaneously, in French and English.
