🔍 Champion the Customer’s Voice: Translate industry insights into actionable strategies for the sales team and provide valuable feedback to the product team, ensuring our AI solutions continuously evolve to meet customer needs.
You are in your final year at a top business or engineering school and have:
A significant internship (minimum 6 months) in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Corporate M&A.
Hands-on experience in M&A analysis: financial reports, broker notes, SPAs, LOIs.
Proficiency in industry tools such as CapIQ, MergerMarket, etc.
Experience producing strategic documents: investment memos, teasers, information memorandums.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset
Outstanding analytical skills
