What You'll Do

  • Design AI workflows for due diligence automation (extract key risks from contracts, build scenarios from financials, etc) with our data scientists.

  • Create complex test cases from real M&A deals (hostile takeovers, carve-outs, LBOs)

  • Contribute to train our agents to understand deal tactics and industry dynamics

  • Lead workshops with investment banks and PE funds to crack their specific needs

  • Build the next-gen playbook for AI-powered M&A

Profil recherché

M&A Experience (at least one)

  • Investment Banking (M&A/LBO teams)

  • Transaction Services at Big 4

  • Private Equity analyst

Technical Skills

  • Python and SQL understanding

  • Data structuring and analysis

  • Basic understanding of AI and machine learning

Must Have

  • Strong understanding of deal mechanics (due diligence, valuation, structuring)

  • Experience with deal documentation and data rooms

  • Ability to translate complex M&A processes into clear steps

Process de recrutement

  • First, we'll schedule a 15-minute call to get to know you better and give you a detailed presentation of the company & the job topic.

  • Next, we’ll schedule a second interview with our CEO.

  • Finally, we'll invite you for a last round interview around a coffee or tea at our office at Station F to meet the team and give you a sneak peek into our daily routine.
