OneFlash continues its rapid growth and is looking for an entrepreneurial Account Executive DACH to establish and drive traction in the German-speaking market. This is a unique opportunity to be the first person on the ground for OneFlash in DACH, setting up sales, developing key partnerships, and leading growth in the german region.

Your Mission
As the Account Executive DACH, you will drive OneFlash’s success in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will own the sales cycle and develop strategic partnerships, working closely within our HQ team in Paris and together with our IB manager responsible for Europe as a whole.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales
* Identify and target key business opportunities across DAUCH.
* Build and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
* Pitch OneFlash to decision-makers (Retail, Entertainment, Hospitality, Mobility, and more).
* Collaborate with the International Business Manager on high-value enterprise deals.
- Market Expansion & Strategy
* Act as the first OneFlash representative in DAUCH, laying the foundation for future growth.
* Establish a strong local market presence and build brand awareness.
* Adapt sales strategies to fit the specific needs of the German-speaking market.
- Account Management & Growth
* Own customer relationships and ensure long-term success.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise value.
* Work closely with HQ for centralised operational support while maintaining full autonomy over your client portfolio.
- Future Leadership Potential
* Once sufficient traction is established, lead the transition toward opening a DAUCH office.
* Shape the long-term regional strategy and grow a team as the business scales.
