Job Description

As our Growth Manager, you will work closely with the CMO and the CEO of Noota. Your missions will include :

  • Develop and implement a scalable growth strategy that aligns with Noota's vision and business goals.

  • Identify and optimize growth levers across multiple channels, including paid media, organic acquisition, partnerships, and community building.

  • Continuously analyze performance metrics, run experiments, and iterate on campaigns to maximize ROI.

  • Drive user acquisition campaigns through innovative tactics like viral marketing, influencer collaborations, and unconventional growth hacks.

  • Create compelling content, campaigns, and initiatives that resonate with diverse audiences.

Preferred Experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in scaling growth for SaaS companies, ideally achieving 10x+ results.

  • Mastery of growth marketing tools and platforms

  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in A/B testing, performance tracking, and interpreting data to inform decision-making.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities to develop unconventional growth strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in international markets and culturally tailored growth strategies.

  • Knowledge of the recruitment or AI sectors is a plus.

  • Fluency in additional languages (French, Spanish, German, or Portuguese) is a bonus.
