Job Description

What we are looking for :

As a QA Engineer specializing in React development at Noota, you will have a key role in shaping the future of our conversational AI platform. This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in delivering a seamless user experience for thousands of professionals worldwide. You’ll be the guardian of quality across our platform (Web App, Mobile), collaborating with developers to push the limits of user experience and React performance.

This role demands precision, innovation, and a passion for excellence. Beyond testing functionality, you’ll lead efforts to define new standards for QA excellence, ensuring our cutting-edge AI-driven features perform flawlessly in the real world. Quality Assurance:

  • Analyze system specifications and design detailed and effective test plans.

  • Conduct manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.

  • Document test results and report defects to the development team.

  • Work closely with developers to debug issues and enhance functionality.

  • Work closely with the product Team to ensure the final product aligns with the vision

  • Perform post-deployment testing to ensure system reliability.

React Development:

  • Develop and maintain user-oriented components using React.js.

  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

  • Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, performant React code.

  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize performance.

  • Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement new features.

Preferred Experience

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in TypeScript, React.js.

  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Hands-on experience with automated testing pipelines in CI/CD environments.

  • Familiarity with Redux, or other state management libraries.

  • Knowledge of REST APIs, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end development tools (e.g., Vite.js, Webpack…).

  • Exploring innovative approaches to testing, including AI-based automation tools.

  • Automated End-to-End Testing with a Testing Framework like Cypress or Playwright is a plus.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to details and commitment to deliver high-quality standards for the end user.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Front-end development and QA.
