As Neurobus enters a new phase of growth, we are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to strengthen our brand, increase our visibility, and support our commercial expansion across Europe and international markets.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing Neurobus' marketing and communication strategy, positioning the company as a recognized leader in neuromorphic computing and autonomous systems.
Your Responsibilities
Brand & Positioning
Develop and maintain a strong and consistent Neurobus brand across all communication channels.
Refine and communicate Neurobus' value proposition for customers, investors, and partners.
Ensure consistent messaging across products, markets, and audiences.
Content & Thought Leadership
Create high-quality content including articles, white papers, case studies, newsletters, and presentations.
Develop technical and business-focused content around AI, defense, drones, autonomous systems, and space technologies.
Support executives in building their visibility through LinkedIn, conferences, and industry publications.
Public Relations & Media
Manage relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry publications.
Prepare press releases and announcements.
Coordinate communication around major milestones, partnerships, funding rounds, and product launches.
Events & Community Building
Organize Neurobus' participation in conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
Coordinate event preparation, communication materials, and follow-up activities.
Support networking initiatives with customers, investors, and strategic partners.
Digital Marketing
Manage the company website and digital presence.
Develop social media strategies and content calendars.
Monitor marketing performance and optimize campaigns.
Improve lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
Sales & Investor Support
Create marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and product documentation.
Support fundraising activities through investor communication materials.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop customer-facing assets and campaigns.
