Job Description

As a Founder's Associate, you will work closely with Florian (CEO) to support Neurobus’s growth and innovation across multiple domains, including strategic development, fundraising, marketing, and market positioning. You will advance the company's vision, drive key projects, and ensure smooth execution across business and technical initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at deep tech, AI, and aerospace intersections, contributing directly to groundbreaking advancements in intelligent vision systems.

We seek a highly motivated, analytical, and adaptable individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in deep-tech and AI-driven technologies and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

What you will bring

  • A degree in engineering, physics, computer science, business, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to execution

  • Experience in project management, strategy, or business development

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a highly technical and innovative environment

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus

Responsibilities

Strategic execution

  • Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies for aerospace, defense, and government contracts.

  • Identify and analyze new business opportunities in neuromorphic AI, space-tech, and intelligent vision systems.

  • Lead or support high-impact projects like developing next-generation autonomous sensing payloads or integrating neuromorphic systems into real-world applications.

Fundraising and business development

  • Assist in preparing business plans, company presentations, investor materials, and pitch decks for funding rounds.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine Neurobus’s positioning and growth strategy.

  • Engage with key stakeholders, including investors, government agencies, and industry partners.

Operations and technical content

  • Support the structuring of internal processes to optimize research, product development, and execution

  • Manage Neurobus’s LinkedIn and communication efforts to promote its technology and mission.

  • Contribute to technical content for publications, white papers, and industry presentations.

Bonus points

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or space-tech industries

  • Knowledge of neuromorphic computing, embedded AI, or intelligent vision systems

  • Familiarity with investor relations, fundraising, or grant applications

  • Technical writing or content creation experience for scientific and industry publications

  • Ability to navigate complex projects in a research-driven or startup setting

Interview Process

  1. Initial Interview (30 min - virtual): Introduction to Neurobus and the role, discussion about your background, experience, and motivations.

  2. Technical Interview (60 min - virtual or on-site): Deep dive into your simulation expertise, review past projects, and technical questions tailored to your skills.

  3. Case Study (optional - remote or live): A practical exercise to assess your ability to design and optimize a simulation relevant to our needs.

  4. Final Interview (45 min - on-site or virtual): Meet with a senior leader to discuss your vision and team fit and answer any remaining questions.

We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent 2 weeks process that allows every candidate to showcase their full potential.
