About

Neurobus is a deeptech startup building neuromorphic AI systems inspired by human biology. We focus on developing ultra-efficient, real-time intelligent systems for defense, space, and drone autonomy. Backed by leading accelerators, including Agoranov, Creative Destruction Lab, ESA BIC, SpaceFounders, and the HEC Incubator, we are currently working with Airbus, CNES, and the French Ministry of Armed Forces.

To support our upcoming €5 million seed fundraising round, we are looking for a motivated X-HEC master's student to join us as a strategic assistant to the CEO.

Job Description

As the CEO's right-hand, your mission will be to support the end-to-end fundraising process and contribute to strategic business development efforts. You will work closely with the CEO, CTO, and our strategic advisors.

Key responsibilities:

Fundraising Strategy

  • Analyze and profile VC and CVC investors (Europe, US, and defense-specific funds)

  • Co-develop and iterate on investment materials: pitch deck, executive summary, financial model

  • Structure the data room and support the business plan development

  • Assist with valuation analysis, equity strategy, and cap table scenarios

Investor Relations

  • Track outreach, manage CRM tools, and prepare investor engagement plans

  • Coordinate communications and prepare customized follow-ups and one-pagers

  • Help organize pitch meetings and due diligence processes

Strategic Analysis

  • Conduct competitive and market research to strengthen positioning

  • Support internal alignment on tech milestones and hiring roadmap

  • Prepare pitch events, presentations, and communication material

Preferred Experience

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management, Finance, or Entrepreneurship

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with a high degree of autonomy

  • Interest in deeptech, venture capital, defense, or aerospace sectors is a strong plus

  • Fluency in English is required; French is a plus
