Descriptif du poste

As a Business Development Associate, you will be the 1st Sales, directly reporting to the CEO. Your mission will be to drive Neuralk-AI's growth by securing high-value meetings and building relationships with senior decision-makers in the Retail sector. You will manage the end-to-end prospecting process, from identifying targets to executing personalized outreach and scheduling impactful sales calls. Beyond execution, you’ll contribute to strategic initiatives by refining our targeting approach, optimizing workflows, and supporting proposal creation. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape Neuralk-AI’s business development strategy while laying the foundation for scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategically identify and qualify high-potential VP Data profiles at Retailers, Brands, or Solution Providers to build a strong prospect pipeline.

  • Conduct in-depth market and prospect research to refine targeting strategies and identify emerging opportunities.

  • Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns, utilizing cold email and LinkedIn messaging to engage key decision-makers.

  • Consistently schedule and manage at least two impactful sales meetings per day.

  • Design and maintain robust tracking and reporting tools to ensure clear visibility into outreach performance and pipeline health.

  • Compile and present monthly progress summaries, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement in business development efforts.

  • Collaborate on the creation of compelling sales proposals and assist in advancing leads through the sales funnel.

  • Contribute to broader strategic initiatives, such as enhancing Neuralk-AI's online presence, organizing events, or piloting new tools to support growth.

Profil recherché

  • Graduate from a top-tier university or business/engineering school.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, strategy consulting or a first entrepreneurial experience.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling pitches and presentations.

  • Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).

  • Proactive and highly organized.

  • Ability to understand and explain AI/ML solutions to non-technical audiences.

  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to prospecting and sales development.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter capable to define and execute a comprehensive strategy with minimal guidance.

  • Appetite to explore, implement new ideas and innovate in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

  • Highly motivated with a "make it happen" attitude, fully dedicated to growing the company and ensuring its success.
