Your mission:
🎯 Market Research
Continuously analyze competitor and third-party products and features.
Scout industry trends via blogs, events, conferences, and your favorite influencers.
Stay informed on emerging technologies, especially in UX/UI, automation, and AI.
🗣️ User Research
Participate actively in customer meetings to demonstrate product magic, share our vision, and collect invaluable user insights.
Systematically capture, analyze, and prioritize user feedback and personas—no feedback left behind!
🛠️ Product Roadmap & Execution
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, including:
→ Defining goals, key objectives, milestones, and feature tickets,
→ Leading and supporting engineering execution,
→ Driving the creation of world-class user experiences.
Support the RFP process from a product standpoint.
Draft and review public-facing documentation, including:
→ Tutorials and guides for new features and improvements,
→ Changelogs and customer-facing release notes.

Potential to contribute to proof-of-concept (PoC) development.
