Your goal is to play a pivotal role in front-client activities and internal expertise development in the cybersecurity domain.
This role is essential for enhancing client engagement and leveraging cybersecurity expertise for the company’s growth.
This role could be called Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement (70%)
Involvement in pre-sales activities, including user interviews, advanced demos, and designing client-specific IT/Security flows.
Post-sales responsibilities like user training, tool adoption, and usage optimization.
Collaborating with sales teams to strategize for account growth.
Domain Expertise Utilization (30%)
- Developing internal resources like workflows, hosting webinars, writing white papers, and automating team processes.
Objectives, Targets, and KPIs
Primary KPI : User adoption metrics (number of playbooks used) and account renewal rates.
First Six Months Plan
Lead Proof of Value for prospects.
Onboard new clients and create automation playbooks.
Develop comprehensive documentation and account plans with sales teams.
