Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: defining needs, sourcing, interviews, and candidate follow-up.
Implement the best talent acquisition strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, direct approach, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Improve and automate our recruitment pipeline to scale more efficiently.
Enhance the candidate experience to attract and retain the best profiles.
Structuring & HR Process Optimization
Strengthen and optimize our HR processes: onboarding, talent management, company culture.
Develop HR dashboards to track our growth (headcount, recruitment, performance).
Automate various HR tasks (document digitization, no-code tools, etc.).
Monitor best HR practices and suggest innovations.
