Descriptif du poste

Since Mercateam’s creation, our commercial growth has been exponential: every month, dozens of leading manufacturing sites start using Mercateam to significantly boost their teams’ efficiency.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading IT-related projects, with a particular focus on managing integrations with customers' HRIS systems. You will coordinate all phases of the integration process, from pre-sales identification, through project planning and coordination with the technical team, up to production start with our end-users.

You will be part of the deployment team, responsible for implementing Mercateam's solution once a partnership has been signed by the Sales team, and you will work closely with the engineering & product teams who design and develop the tool and interfaces.

Your responsibilities are structured around two main areas:

Client-facing and project management

  • In pre-sales, reassure prospects of our ability to meet their integration needs and provide them with support.

  • After signature, gather and analyze the operational needs of clients regarding data interfacing and provide recommendations, while understanding their technical environment and constraints.

  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for integration and SSO projects.

  • Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation of requirements, decisions, and established connections for the client project team.

Coordination with tech teams

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and engineering to guarantee alignment and smooth progress of integration projects.

  • Follow up on technical developments and configurations handled by the engineering team, ensuring they match client needs and agreed timelines.

  • Propose improvements and simplifications to interfacing processes, based on client feedback and implementation experience.

  • Occasionally implement customized solutions directly using no-code tools, to adapt integrations to specific client needs and accelerate deployments.

Profil recherché

  • Experience: First experience in a similar environment & position

  • Interpersonal Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts
    • Ability to work in a team and manage client relationships
    • Project management skills and attention to details
    • Industry knowledge is a plus
  • Technical Skills:

    • No-code integration/automation tools (Make, n8n, ..)
    • Knowloed in web API (query, json, postman, etc.)
    • SQL will be a plus
  • Languages: Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken (other languages will be a plus)
