Mission

As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape Mercateam's future product offerings and scale our product team. Working closely with our CPO & Co-founder, you will own the entire product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality user experiences and market-leading innovations.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.

  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless product execution.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify user needs and innovation opportunities.

  • Prioritize product features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.

  • Develop and maintain product documentation (user stories, use cases, specs).

  • Monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging data for continuous improvement.

  • Act as the main product reference, supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Performance Indicators

  • Successful product launches and adoption rates.

  • Engagement and retention of users.

  • Execution of roadmap on time and within scope.

  • Contribution to revenue growth through product innovations.

Profil recherché

Mandatory

  • 5+ years in Product Management: Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle in a SaaS B2B context.

  • Agile methodologies: Strong understanding of agile development processes.

  • Data-driven decision-making: Proficiency in SQL to extract and analyze data.

  • Low-code / No-code expertise: Hands-on experience with Make, Airtable, Softr for MVP validation.

  • Excellent communication & leadership: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bonus skills

  • Experience in HRTech or industry-related startups.

  • Technical background or familiarity with software development.
