Mercateam has built its solution hand in hand with top manufacturers to bring employees into Industry 4.0 and bridge the gap between investments made in machines and in operational workforce and its development.
We have developed a SaaS solution based on the latest technologies for mapping skills on production sites and organize know-how.

This has led to a number of other key features managed by Mercateam, including:

  • smart planning of work assignments under constraints;
  • a training module adapted to the operational workforce;
  • a workforce strategic planning.

Mercateam had a strong commercial track record in the last 3 years and supports over 150 industrial sites, among which LVMH, Andros, Richemond, Dior, LISI, Collins Aerospace, etc… in 12 different countries, with his 360 industrial workforce-centric solution.

Mercateam’s ambition is to become the European leader in blue-collar management over the next three years.

Descriptif du poste

Since the creation of Mercateam, our commercial growth has been exponential: every month, tens of top manufacturing sites start using Mercateam to help their employees being much more efficient.

The deployment team is responsible for implementing Mercateam's solution once a partnership has been signed by the Sales team. As a Mercateam SaaS implementation consultant, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with the implementation of our SaaS solution, from setting up the platform to user autonomy.

The missions are organized around 3 axes:

1. Project & Consulting

  • Gather, understand, and analyze customer processes:

    • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing customer processes to understand their challenges and needs.
    • Utilize product and industrial expertise to support clients in the transition from current state (as is) to desired state (to be).
  • Monitor action plans and roadmap progress:

    • Oversee the progress of action plans and roadmaps, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of customer commitments.
  • Configuration and setup:

    • Configure the platform to align with identified client needs and ensure seamless data integration.
    • Adapt Mercateam settings to meet specific client requirements.
  • Internal continuous improvement:

    • Participate in internal projects aimed at reviewing and improving company processes and organization.
    • Contribute innovative ideas to support Mercateam’s strong annual growth.

2. Product Expertise

  • Feedback gathering and product improvement:

    • Collect and analyze client feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of Mercateam's product.
    • Act as a Mercateam product expert, providing in-depth knowledge and support to clients.
  • Training and Go-live support:

    • Train end-users on how to effectively use the solution according to their needs.
    • Ensure client autonomy until Go-live, offering technical and functional support post-implementation.
    • Handover the project to customer success team post-deployment for ongoing support.

3. Industrial Knowledge

  • Industry challenges :

    • Apply extensive industrial knowledge to support the implementation and optimization of Mercateam's solutions in various manufacturing settings.
    • Ensure that the solutions provided are tailored to meet the specific needs and challenges of the industrial sector.
  • Best practices and standards:

    • Promote and implement industry best practices and standards in client projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in industrial management / Industry 4.0 to continuously improve Mercateam’s offerings.
  • Site visits:

    • Visit client sites in France and occasionally abroad (twice a month for 2-3 days) to provide on-site support and gather insights.

Profil recherché

  • Experience: First experience in a similar environment & position and/or in consulting

  • Interpersonal Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts.
    • Ability to work in a team and manage client relationships.
    • Organizational skills and attention to details
    • Good knowledge of industry is a plus
  • Technical Skills:

    • SQL would be a plus
    • Knowledge of no-code integration/automation would be a plus
  • Languages: Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken (other languages will be a plus:))
