Senior HR Finance Controller

Join our Shared Service Center (BEST France) as Senior HR Finance Controller and be part of our work to unlock value and drive transformation.

Here's how you will have a role to play in this team:

    • Operational & Financial Control: build, analyze and track headcount and payroll (Budgets / Trends / Closures); ensure data accuracy and compliance with Group standards and calendars.
    • Systems & Reporting: master and leverage tools & databases and develop reliable reporting (Power BI/Excel) for stakeholders.
    • Strategic Partnership: act as a trusted Business Partner to HR and Finance; identify risks and opportunities and propose actionable recommendations aligned with business needs.
    • Communication & Enablement: run Real/Trend/Budget review meetings, present KPIs to stakeholders, and coach HR teams on payroll components.
    • Transformation & Community: contribute to Information Systems & Job Architecture projects, share best practices across the global HRC community, and champion continuous improvement.


We Are Looking For
You are results-oriented, autonomous and pragmatic, able to turn data into actionable recommendations. Key requirements:
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) and minimum 5 years' experience in HR controlling/finance.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Strong data analysis and HR KPI reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
  • Solid focus on data quality and governance.
  • Nice-to-have: SAP knowledge and Shared Services/CSC exposure.
