A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Global Operations and Finance CISO, you lead information security and technology risk management for our industrial plants and fulfillment centers. Partnering with Zones, Operations, and Finance functions, you drive large-scale transformation across our global footprint:

• Define and implement the global OT cybersecurity strategy, security policies, and standards across manufacturing and logistics sites.
• Lead the worldwide Titanium cybersecurity transformation program on the OT perimeter, ensuring alignment with Group security policies and regulatory frameworks like NIS2.
• Embed the 'Integration of Security in Projects' methodology jointly with industrial business and IT stakeholders.
• Animate the global OT cybersecurity community, acting as an ambassador through engaging security awareness sessions.
• Oversee threat and vulnerability remediation, third-party risk management, and security exceptions while partnering with the CSIRT on incident response.
• Track compliance and operational security KPIs, delivering action plans to continuously strengthen industrial resilience.

We Are Looking For

You bring curiosity, technical rigor, and a collaborative mindset to safeguard critical industrial infrastructure. You bring:

• OT & IT Security Expertise: Strong technical background with demonstrable track record in industrial environments, practical knowledge of IEC 62443, the Purdue model, and regulatory standards (e.g. NIS2, GDPR). Industry certifications (CISSP, GISSP) are a plus.
• Transversal Leadership: Proven experience managing and influencing cross-functional, distributed teams and international communities without direct authority.
• Risk & Vulnerability Management: Sound knowledge of risk assessment standards, exception workflows, compensatory measures, and continuous remediation plans.
• Stakeholder Communication & Professional English: High fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to bridge business enablement and technical compliance across global teams.
