By joining the Supply Chain teams, you will deep dive in Operations, whose métiers contribute to the growth of L'Oréal, from product development, sourcing, production to the distribution of all the Group's products. As an ally of the brands, Operations always develops and seeks the most agile, innovative, efficient and responsible solutions to meet the specific requirements and diversity of consumers.

Your apprenticeship will allow you to discover one of these three fields:* Manufacturing Supply Chain
* Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
* Customer Supply Chain

With distributors and consumers' growing demands (personalization, service, management of various delivery modes, etc.), and the growth of e-commerce and freestanding stores, the supply chain has become a business driver, at the heart of the product and service offer.

With one order shipped every two seconds, the supply chain is becoming increasingly versatile and rapidly changing along with digital technology to respond to the changing market demands.

* A Master student (Engineering school / University) - No margin for negotiation on this one!
* Able to provide an apprenticeship agreement of 12 months issued by your school - no negotiation either!
* Fluent in English e/ou French
* Convincing. You explain your ideas clearly, based on sound reasoning.
* Entrepreneurial. You like to try new things and discover new ways of doing!
* Team player. You have excellent interpersonal skills and easily find your place in a team.
* Open-minded. You exchange your ideas and integrate the opinions of others in order to find the optimal solution.
* Creative. You like to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
* Data champion. Working with data holds no secrets for you!
* Capacity to work in a English speaking environment

The recruitment process may be slightly adapted depending on the job position, years of experience, and time of year... but with candidate experience at the heart of what we do.

A 45-minute interview with a recruiter to find out more about your personality and determine whether there are any opportunities that match your profile.

Depending on the outcome of the interview, you will have the opportunity to meet during a 45-minute to 1-hour discussion your potential future manager for a second and final interview to discuss the missions.
