A Day in the Life

Reporting to the CSR Director within the Value Creation & Business Engagement leadership, you join the Corporate CSR France team. As a true expert partner, you support all divisions and business units in France in their transformation.

• Product Eco-design & EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility): Support teams in rolling out refill formats and navigate evolving EPR regulations for household packaging in France.
• POSM & Retail: Lead the France task force for retail decarbonisation (POSM & Eco-Design Cloud).
• Resource Preservation: Provide deep technical expertise on local challenges related to biodiversity, water, and sustainable products.
• Green Joint Business Plan (Progress Plan) with retailers: Coordinate with Divisions to implement decarbonization action plans for joint activities (transport, product catalogue, returns, retail, etc.).
• Business Engagement: Onboard, engage, and train cross-functional teams to integrate our 'L'Oréal for the Future' commitments at the core of the business.

We Are Looking For

You bring a strategic vision and the drive needed to turn sustainability into a driver of shared value creation. You bring:

• Technical CSR Expertise: Strong knowledge of the circular economy, refills, sustainable POS/retail materials, biodiversity, and water management.
• Influential Leadership: Ability to rally, engage, and advise stakeholders across all levels and divisions.
• Analytical Rigor: Excellence in monitoring and steering CSR performance indicators.
• Languages: Fluency in both French and English.
