We are looking for an intern to work directly alongside our Chief Sales Officer and contribute to the organisation and development of our commercial activities.
The role combines Sales Operations, internal coordination, market analysis and event management, with a strong operational and cross-functional dimension.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Organisation
Prepare Sales meetings and business review sessions.
Track priorities, action items and ongoing projects.
Ensure the CRM and Notion are properly maintained and that key information is accurate and up to date.
Contribute to improving Sales processes, tools, templates and dashboards.
Internal Coordination
The Sales team works closely with other Livetrend teams, including Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Management.
Prepare and facilitate cross-functional coordination meetings.
Track cross-functional topics and projects.
Contribute to documenting and updating internal processes and procedures.
Facilitate the flow and organisation of information across teams.
Market Intelligence
Research companies, their organisational structures and relevant contacts.
Map selected markets, categories, geographies and types of industry players.
Monitor developments across fashion, retail, Fashion Tech and AI.
Analyse and summarise relevant information to identify new business opportunities.
Events
Livetrend regularly participates in trade shows, conferences and professional events in France and internationally.
Contribute to the preparation and organisation of our participation in events.
Prepare the information and materials required by the team.
Coordinate the different elements in advance with the relevant teams.
Organise the follow-up of contacts and action items after events.
Above all, we are looking for someone who is curious, organised and resourceful, able to quickly understand a topic and move things forward independently.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage several topics in parallel.
Initiative, curiosity and the ability to find the right information.
Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets and good knowledge or working proficiency in Notion.
Comfortable with digital tools and able to quickly learn new solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence in a professional environment.
Interest in fashion, retail, tech and AI.
Fluent French and English; Italian is a plus.
Previous experience in Sales Operations, project management, analysis or a startup environment is a plus, but not essential.
