As a Brand & Growth Marketing Intern, you will work directly with the founder to help bring Kroots to market and build early brand awareness. This is a hands-on startup internship for someone who wants to contribute to a real launch, test ideas quickly and see the direct impact of their work.
Your main mission will be to support the launch of the Kroots brand and help us reach parents, families, communities and potential partners.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Helping prepare launch content, product pages and campaign materials
• Building and managing contact lists for journalists, influencers, libraries, bookshops and community partners
• Helping develop partnerships for distribution, visibility and community building
• Creating and executing a weekly content calendar for social media
• Supporting webshop optimisation through WooCommerce
• Tracking outreach, responses and learnings in a structured way
By the end of the internship, success would mean that Kroots has a clearer launch rhythm, stronger brand visibility, an active content calendar and new partnership conversations.
The internship starts on July 1st, 2026 and preferably runs full-time for two to three months. The role can be hybrid or full-time in Brussels. An office space in Brussels will be provided, as well as food and drinks during the internship.
