The B2B team is divided between our three business lines at Joko: Online, Card-Linked, and Gift Cards.
As for Card-Linked, Account Executives are in charge of signing Enterprise deals with top-tier retailers with physical stores, and Account Managers are in charge of growing these long-lasting partnerships.
For the Online team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing our portfolio of e-commerce partners, directly with e-merchants or through our relationship with affiliate marketing platforms.
Finally, for the Gift Cards team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing the portfolio of brands and retailers, through relations with providers and in direct relationships with merchants.
Led by Nicolas, our CRO, we are a vibrant team full of energy! We work closely with other teams to give the best experience to our partners and build strong long-term relationships. We are a small but unstoppable squad that manages millions euros contracts thanks to our outstanding team members and a deep sense of camaraderie. We don't take ourselves too seriously and make sure that the journey is a blast!
What you will do
As an Account Executive in the Card-Linked team, your main mission will be to bring top retailers from prospects to partners by selling them our targeted marketing solution including acquisition or loyalty campaigns, awareness and insights. This will imply dealing with a lot of data based on banking transactions to provide them with the most cost-effective, simple, and elegant marketing lever. Coupled with a meticulous understanding of the sales cycle, our performance-based and targeted solution has all it takes to impose Joko as the most powerful marketing solution for retailers (Etam, Subway, Leroy Merlin, Galeries Lafayette…).
Your responsibilities will be:
Work on a complete sales cycle to sell our Card-Linked solution to Enterprise prospects
Build and develop relationships in the Marketing space with C-suite decision makers (CEO, CMOs…) to become their trusted advisor
Analyse payment data and produce qualitative insights to tailor deals and offer strategic support to C-levels
Participate in offline events (One-to-One Monaco…) to develop your network in the Retail and Tech industries
Close commercial partnerships with Enterprise accounts in the Retail space
Participate in improving the sales knowledge, tools stack, processes, commercial approaches, onboarding and KPIs monitoring
