The B2B team is divided between our three business lines at Joko: Online, Card-Linked, and Gift Cards.

  • As for Card-Linked, Account Executives are in charge of signing Enterprise deals with top-tier retailers with physical stores, and Account Managers are in charge of growing these long-lasting partnerships.

  • For the Online team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing our portfolio of e-commerce partners, directly with e-merchants or through our relationship with affiliate marketing platforms.

  • Finally, for the Gift Cards team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing the portfolio of brands and retailers, through relations with providers and in direct relationships with merchants.

What you will do

As an Account Executive in the Card-Linked team, your main mission will be to bring top retailers from prospects to partners by selling them our targeted marketing solution including acquisition or loyalty campaigns, awareness and insights. This will imply dealing with a lot of data based on banking transactions to provide them with the most cost-effective, simple, and elegant marketing lever. Coupled with a meticulous understanding of the sales cycle, our performance-based and targeted solution has all it takes to impose Joko as the most powerful marketing solution for retailers (Etam, Subway, Leroy Merlin, Galeries Lafayette…).

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Work on a complete sales cycle to sell our Card-Linked solution to Enterprise prospects

  • Build and develop relationships in the Marketing space with C-suite decision makers (CEO, CMOs…) to become their trusted advisor

  • Analyse payment data and produce qualitative insights to tailor deals and offer strategic support to C-levels

  • Participate in offline events (One-to-One Monaco…) to develop your network in the Retail and Tech industries

  • Close commercial partnerships with Enterprise accounts in the Retail space

  • Participate in improving the sales knowledge, tools stack, processes, commercial approaches, onboarding and KPIs monitoring

Preferred Experience

  • Experience: You have 3-7+ years of closing experience in the B2B environment. You have a proven track record in reaching your objectives and generating pipeline. Mastering MEDDIC is a plus.

  • Energy: You thrive on connecting with new people. Your strength lies in active listening and crafting solutions to tackle challenges.

  • Mindset: You're ambitious, like trying new things, and don't take yourself too seriously. You take risks, learn from failures, and celebrate wins.

  • Values: You are a team player, you work with integrity and transparency. Humble, you never stop learning.

  • Autonomy: You set the bar high and get things done. Once a subject is with you, people know it’s going to be nailed.

  • Hard skills: You have great communication skills coupled with a strong analytical approach. You are fluent in French and English both written and spoken.

  • Education: You graduated from a top engineering or business school.
