Led by Fabien, our VP Product, Joko's Product team groups the passionate individuals behind our users' delight! From brainstorming to development to launch, the Product team's main mission is to turn ideas into reality by working hand-in-hand with the Engineering, Design and Business teams.
🏉 Your scope
As Lead Product Manager, you will have the key role of coordinating multiple Product squads while personally leading strategic projects for the company. You will manage and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals and will report to the VP Product. Your role will involve strategic planning, Product leadership, and driving innovation across multiple product lines.

Team Leadership: Mentor, grow, and lead high-performing Product Managers. Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Roadmap Development: Oversee the creation and execution of product roadmaps across several product lines, ensuring they align with company goals and market needs.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams to ensure smooth product development and launch processes.
Product Strategy: Contribute to defining and executing the product strategy, aligning it with the company's mission and business objectives. Lead the development of new product initiatives and the evolution of existing products.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and maintain Joko's innovative edge.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and user feedback to drive product decisions and measure success.
