The B2B team
“Nothing stops them from getting the best deals for Joko users. The B2B team’s mission is to develop and grow Joko’s merchant network, and available offers.”
The B2B team is divided between our three business lines at Joko: Online, Card-Linked, and Gift Cards.
For the Online team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing our portfolio of e-commerce partners, directly with e-merchants or through our relationship with affiliate marketing platforms.
As for Card-Linked, our Sales team is in charge of signing Enterprise deals with top-tier retailers with physical stores, and Account Managers are in charge of growing long-lasting partnerships.
Finally, for the Gift Cards team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing the portfolio of brands and retailers, through relations with providers and in direct relationships with merchants.

Your responsibilities
We’re hiring an experienced professional to lead the Sales part of our Card-linked business. It represents approximately 50% of our revenue. The card-linked team helps retailers acquire and retain customers by offering in-store cashback offers to our 4M+ users and leveraging banking data to personalise these offers. You will report directly to the co-founder & CRO.
Ensure the management and training of the Sales team (3 people today)
Grow the team (from 3 to 7 people) while maintaining a very high talent density to support our ambitious growth targets.
Define our quarterly sales targets and monitor our progress. The goal is to grow our card-linked revenue 2x from 2024 to 2025.
Define and own our quarterly Sales OKRs and closely work with all teams (marketing, product, operations, data, etc.) to ensure alignment.
Sign new enterprise deals with top-tier retailers (3-6 month sales cycles, 200k-2M€ yearly revenue deals).
Build strong and long-lasting relationships with our partners (CMOs in the retail and e-commerce ecosystem).
Closely work with the B2B marketing team on the B2B marketing roadmap and strategy.
Participate in major retail events such as One to One Monaco & Biarritz.
Be the “face” of Joko’s Sales team in the ecosystem and ensure we’re seen as the best company to work with and the best sales team to join.
Ensure we have all the right processes in place (revenue forecasts, CRM management, sales training, etc.) to keep growing with the right fundamentals.
Collaborate with the product team by providing prospects feedback to help improve our product.
