  • Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze CRM campaign performance, identifying insights to improve engagement, retention, and conversion rates.

  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Support ongoing A/B testing of campaign elements (e.g., subject lines, content, timing) and help refine strategies based on test outcomes and user behavior insights.

  • Creative Content Collaboration: Work with the content creation team to draft and curate effective messages for CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with Joko's brand voice and user engagement goals.

Preferred Experience

  • Education: You're currently pursuing a master's degree in a business school or equivalent, ideally with a focus on Marketing.

  • Experience: You're seeking a 6-month internship at the end of your studies and have at least 6 months of experience, preferably in Marketing within a startup environment.

  • Languages: You're fluent in French and comfortable with both written and spoken English.

  • Interest: You're passionate about digital marketing.

  • Data-driven: You make decisions based on data-driven insights.

  • User-centric: You're always eager to understand users—how they think, what they value, and how they might react to communications.

  • Mindset: You have strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and you're eager to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
