What you will do
We're seeking a highly motivated and talented intern to join our mission of helping consumers shop smarter while gaining hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing and CRM strategies. As part of the Growth team, you'll work closely with the User Lifecycle Manager to activate, engage, and retain users through personalized, data-driven communications. If you're passionate about marketing, data, and enhancing customer journeys, this is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As a CRM & User Lifecycle Assistant, you'll support the execution of our User Lifecycle strategy by helping create, manage, and optimize personalized communication campaigns aimed at engaging and retaining users.
Lifecycle Campaign Management: Design and optimize user journeys with personalized touchpoints across various communication channels (push notifications, email, in-app messaging). You'll help ensure users receive the right message at the right time.
Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze CRM campaign performance, identifying insights to improve engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Support ongoing A/B testing of campaign elements (e.g., subject lines, content, timing) and help refine strategies based on test outcomes and user behavior insights.
Creative Content Collaboration: Work with the content creation team to draft and curate effective messages for CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with Joko's brand voice and user engagement goals.
