Led by Isa, our CMO, they are constantly innovating to take our business to new heights.
What you will do
As a Campaign & Merchandising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Joko's B2C campaigns and elevating the customer shopping experience across all merchandising assets, including in-app features and extensions. You will also work closely with our top merchants to design impactful campaigns and activation plans. This role combines strategic planning, creativity, and analytical skills to make a tangible impact on our users and partners. You will report to the Head of Campaign & Merchandising.
Your Responsibilities:

Plan and execute Joko's B2C campaign calendar
- Partner with the Branding Team to design compelling, user-centric campaigns.
- Collaborate with the B2B Team to select and showcase the best deals and merchants, while ensuring top-tier campaign performance.
- Deploy campaigns seamlessly across all channels (In-App, Social Media, CRM) and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance.

Drive top key account campaigns
- Represent Joko as the Marketing expert in high-level partner meetings, supporting the B2B team in securing marketing budgets.
- Lead the design and implementation of key account campaigns across Joko’s platforms to deliver exceptional results and partner satisfaction.
- Work directly with partners' marketing teams to brainstorm and execute innovative strategies.

Shape and refine the merchandising strategy
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize deal visibility, increase conversion rates, and delight customers.
- Analyze user behavior, shopping trends, and in-app usage data to continually improve our merchandising approach.
- Collaborate with the Product team to ideate and launch innovative in-app features that enhance the shopping experience and drive revenue.

Spearhead Joko's advertising strategy
- Define and evolve the Media Fees product suite and real estate strategy to align with merchant needs while prioritizing user experience.
- Monitor advertising revenue performance, improve booking ratios, and deliver monthly performance reports.
- Create a premium Media Fees kit to support the B2B team in securing top-tier client partnerships.
