What you will do
As a Campaign & Merchandising Intern, your main mission will be to support the Head of Campaign and Merchandising in delivering impactful campaigns and optimizing the merchandising strategy. You will work closely with the Brand Strategy, Design, B2B & Product teams to ensure a seamless experience for Joko’s users.
Your responsibilities:
Campaign management: Plan, coordinate, and analyze B2C campaigns, closely collaborating with the Brand Marketing, Design, and B2B teams.
Merchandising: Strategize the development of merchandising assets within the app, ensuring proper execution and operational excellence to deliver the best deals to our users.
Data analysis: Monitor campaign and merchandising performance, analyze top-performing deals, and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
Social campaigns: Brainstorm and design social media campaigns to support Joko’s major initiatives. Create impactful and engaging campaigns for our followers and users.
Creative concept creation: Contribute to the development of compelling copywriting for campaigns across all touchpoints, ensuring our messaging is always appealing and relevant to our users.
Operations: Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and troubleshoot any issues to provide the best possible user experience.
