Led by Isa, our CMO, they are constantly innovating to take our business to new heights.

What you will do

As a Campaign & Merchandising Intern, your main mission will be to support the Head of Campaign and Merchandising in delivering impactful campaigns and optimizing the merchandising strategy. You will work closely with the Brand Strategy, Design, B2B & Product teams to ensure a seamless experience for Joko’s users.

Your responsibilities:

  • Campaign management: Plan, coordinate, and analyze B2C campaigns, closely collaborating with the Brand Marketing, Design, and B2B teams.

  • Merchandising: Strategize the development of merchandising assets within the app, ensuring proper execution and operational excellence to deliver the best deals to our users.

  • Data analysis: Monitor campaign and merchandising performance, analyze top-performing deals, and provide insights to improve future campaigns.

  • Social campaigns: Brainstorm and design social media campaigns to support Joko’s major initiatives. Create impactful and engaging campaigns for our followers and users.

  • Creative concept creation: Contribute to the development of compelling copywriting for campaigns across all touchpoints, ensuring our messaging is always appealing and relevant to our users.

  • Operations: Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and troubleshoot any issues to provide the best possible user experience.

Preferred Experience

  • Education: You are enrolled in a top business, marketing, or communications school (or equivalent).

  • Experience: You are looking for a 6-month internship at the end of your studies and have at least 6 months of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.

  • Creative problem solver: You are creative and resourceful, with the ability to quickly come up with solutions to challenges in a fast-paced environment.

  • Mindset: You have a marketing-driven, entrepreneurial mindset. You enjoy taking on challenges and are eager to make an impact through hands-on work.

  • Data-driven: You are comfortable working with data, able to analyze performance metrics, and use insights to drive better decision-making and optimize campaigns.

  • Autonomy: You are proactive and can manage projects independently from concept to execution, with strong attention to detail.

  • Languages: You are a fluent French speaker and comfortable with both written and spoken English, as we are expanding internationally soon.
