Job Description

Join us as HR Operations Leader

Join us and take on the challenge of AI in Medical Imaging! Together!

You will take care of Human Resources Operations:

• Run the daily HR operations for Incepto globally (France and Europe: +80 employees) : job descriptions, job contracts, role changes, performance assessments, payroll

• Own onboarding/Offboarding processes

• Identify training needs for business units and individuals. Organize trainings. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

• Own hiring process

• Coordinate EHS actions and reviews.

• More generally, be present to the employees to answer their questions, support them in their day-to-day HR needs, and act as a point of contact to simplify and enhance their experience as Inceptis

In addition to the HR operations, depending on your ability to grow within the role, you may progressively take ownership of the following areas as HR Business Partner :

• Provide guidance and input on business unit structures, workforce planning and succession planning.

• Contribute to HR policy guidance and interpretation

• Provide day-to-day guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

• Follow action completion after Blossom meetings (Blossom process groups everything around performance assessment, objectives, work-life balance and developing the skills of an employee at Incepto)

• Work closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

• Define compensation structure from market standards and per job types.

• Manage relationships with employee representatives and Comité Social et Economique.

Preferred Experience

Bachelor’s/master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in related disciplines, including labor laws.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous experience within HR operations

• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and French

• Confidentiality and rigor
