Headline is a startup to promote independent journalism. We are building the first digital platform that brings together several innovative and independent journalism initiatives, as well as independent professionals. It will be a space for collaborative production, distribution and remuneration of content. The project has a clear editorial line and will be curated by a team of experienced journalists.
Our goal is to build an environment in which professionals and audience can exchange high quality information and services in a marketplace mode, and benefit from the use of digital technologies in many fields, such as editing, fact checking, marketing, social networks and content sales. Headline plans to create a new payout system and several digital tools -- from the personal profile of journalists, content management and blockchain verification to artificial intelligence recommendation and financing/pre-financing tools.
Headline is an international project. The platform was designed to be implemented anywhere, in any language. It will be first launched in Brazil in 2020.
