Overview of the Role:
As an ESG Benchmarking Analyst, you will evaluate and report on companies’ ESG performance. You will collect data from various industries, manage its integration into our databases, and ensure the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated insights. Your analysis will not only support internal decision-making but also provide strategic ESG insights to our clients through research reports and detailed presentations.
Responsibilities:
• Benchmark Analysis: Conduct customized ESG performance assessments for clients, including direct competitor analysis, using our proprietary tool, Haliro, for in-depth analysis and reporting.
• Presentation & Reporting: Develop and deliver detailed research reports and presentations to clients and ESG organizations, tailoring content to meet specific client needs.
• Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with our technical team to refine AI models and enhance data analysis processes.
• Communication Strategy: Identify relevant media, define content strategies, and schedule publication.
• Media Content Production: Create content for social media, blogs, and press releases.
• Newsletter: Write and distribute a monthly newsletter.
• Pre-sales Activities: Participate in pre-sales activities, demo meetings, and prepare slide decks when needed.
• Use Case Identification: Work with industry experts to identify and formalize ESG use cases.
• Awards & Certifications: Identify relevant awards, certifications, grants, and competitions for Haliro, and apply on behalf of the company.
Example Projects:
• Evaluating ESG Performance for a Client: Assess the ESG performance of companies across various sectors such as luxury, telecommunications, and automotive. Collaborate with the Haliro team to enhance our software and structure analyses for client presentations.
• Identifying Corporate Finance Use Cases: Participate in user research workshops to understand investment banking operations and formalize discovered use cases in collaboration with industry professionals.
