We seek a motivated and talented ESG Marketing Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO, CRO, business developers, UX lead, and AI experts. You will gain hands-on experience in various domains, including customer support, marketing activities, ESG analysis, and user research.
As an ESG marketing Analyst intern, you will have several missions encompassing:
· Go to market support
· Content management
· ESG analysis
· Customer support
Go to market support
· Cold Call
o You call prospect that are in our pipelined identified as to be called.
o You make them moving in the CRM pipeline and handover to Account executive (or BD) for qualification.
· Campaigns Management:
o Track and respond to prospect replies, coordinating with the team for the next steps if needed
o Analyze campaign KPIs such as bounce rates, reply to rates, LinkedIn engagement, and click-through rates, and read rates
· Pre-Sales Support:
o Collaborate with business developers to create presentations on specific ESG use cases across insurance, banking, industry, and retail industries.
o Prepare benchmarks for prospects, showcasing their performance against competitors or within their sector.
o Document and track prospect needs and action items from meetings.
Content management
• Develop content for LinkedIn, our blog, and other channels like YouTube.
• Utilize available content and user-friendly tools to create engaging materials.
ESG analysis
Ou core business is ESG, below those activities are based on our AI platform HALIRO, 80% is automated.
· Data Collection and Management:
• Evaluate and report on companies’ ESG performance across various industries.
• Collect and integrate data into our databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
· AI-Enhanced Insights:
• Support internal decision-making and provide strategic ESG insights to clients through research reports and presentations.
• Utilize AI tools for 80% of analytical tasks.
· Client-Specific Analyses:
• Conduct sector benchmarks with standard and specific criteria.
• Perform risk and controversy analyses.
• Address customer requirements, particularly in RFP contexts, and suggest improvement strategies.
Customer supports
• User Assistance:
· Provide support to customers using Haliro’s platform.
· Validate and enhance content generated by Haliro.
