Our innovative climate suite combines smart data collection with advanced features, making it the most intuitive carbon accounting solution in the world. With Greenly, companies can precisely measure, actively reduce, and report on their progress. Additionally, our clients receive dedicated support from our climate experts throughout their journey.

Greenly supports over 3,000 companies across more than 20 countries to measure their carbon footprint (through carbon assessment and life cycle analyses), reduce their emissions (SBTi trajectory and action plan quantification), and comply with new regulations (CSRD, CBAM, ISSB).

We are a team of 270 people from 38 nationalities based in Paris, London, Barcelona and New York, which allows us to strengthen our international presence.

Today, our impact is measured in tons of carbon under management, with over 110 million tons of CO2 tracked through our platform. Our next milestone : serving 10,000 clients and managing one billion tons of CO2 to make carbon management as essential as financial management.

🌱  About the team 

Within the Growth team, this role is key to support the marketing and sales teams in their growth and international expansion. 

As the CRM & Content Marketing Specialist, you are the main builder of our nurturing campaigns and lifecycle content. You blend strong copywriting skills with an analytical mindset to execute and optimize all CRM touch points—email, outreach support, and newsletter. You work closely with the SDR team and contribute to both growing the community and enhancing performance.

🌱 About the role 

More specifically, the main missions in this role are as follows : 

1. Automated Sequences for Conversion

  • Design and implement automated nurturing sequences tailored to inbound leads, outbound prospects, and existing customers based on clearly defined personas.
  • Craft impactful email campaigns, including messaging, content strategy, and briefing graphic design requirements.
  • Continuously optimize conversion rates through strategic testing (A/B tests) and iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate with SDRs to build and maintain cold outreach templates.

2. Scaling the CSO Connect Newsletter

  • Develop and manage engaging content for our CSO Connect newsletter, currently reaching over 75,000 members.
  • Create and execute a strategic growth plan for the newsletter.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with influencers and external platforms to increase reach and subscriber engagement.

3. Data & Performance Analysis

  • Integrate audience building tools (e.g. Clay) and testing tools (e.g. Trumpet).
  • Monitor and report campaign performance (open, click, conversion rates).
  • Run A/B tests, implement learnings, and suggest improvements.

🌱  Skills and competencies to succeed : 

    • Previous experience in SaaS marketing, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment.
    • Exceptional ability to create original, captivating content that resonates with target audiences.
    • Solid experience in CRM campaign execution, including automation workflows (Customer.io, HubSpot…).
    • A data-driven approach and strong analytical mindset.
    • You thrive in autonomous roles and enjoy leading projects from inception to completion.

      ...bonus points if you have : 

  • proficiency in CRM tools (we use Customer.io & HubSpot).

  • previous experience in copywriting.
