About the marketing team 

At Gatling, our marketing team is dynamic and multidisciplinary, covering Product Marketing, Content, Developer Relations, and Growth Marketing. We’re expanding into new developer ecosystems, including JavaScript and TypeScript, while scaling global awareness of Gatling’s solutions.

As the Technical Marketing Manager, you’ll focus on creating and distributing Enterprise-focused content that appeals to decision-makers like CTOs and DevOps Managers. Working closely with Revenue & Marketing Teams, your mission will be to highlight Gatling’s business impact and strategic benefits, driving awareness and conversions for our Enterprise solution.

You’ll also oversee the coordination of developer-centric content with our Developer Relations and Tech teams, ensuring alignment with Gatling’s overarching goals.

Job Description

1. Enterprise Content Production

  • Thought leadership: Write insightful articles addressing industry challenges, trends in performance testing, and the strategic importance of scalability and reliability.

  • Industry-Specific content: Develop targeted content for key sectors (e.g., finance, e-commerce, streaming) that resonates with Gatling’s ICP by highlighting relevant use cases and success stories.

  • Generic Performance testing content: Create foundational resources (e.g., “Why Performance Testing Matters”) to educate decision-makers on best practices and emerging trends.

  • Whitepapers & reports: Develop comprehensive documents featuring benchmarks, ROI analyses, and actionable insights tailored to both generic and industry-specific needs.

  • Customer stories: Craft compelling narratives showcasing success stories that address industry pain points and highlight Gatling Enterprise’s value.

  • Cost-Benefit analyses: Showcase ROI and operational benefits of adopting Gatling Enterprise, emphasizing the cost savings and performance gains.

  • Website content: write & optimize copy for Industry pages, Feature pages…

2. Content Distribution & Optimization

  • Manage distribution across SEO-optimized web pages, newsletters, and social channels.

  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to promote content through paid channels.

  • Track and analyze content performance to optimize strategies.

3. Collaboration on Technical & Product-Related Content

Work closely with Developer Relations  and Product Marketing to:

  • Create how-to guides and integration tutorials showcasing Gatling’s compatibility with developer tools

  • Contribute to technical live sessions and webinars, highlighting advanced use cases, integrations, and new features

  • Align with Product Marketing to ensure feature spotlights and use case guides resonate with both developers and decision-makers.

Preferred Experience

Core requirements

7+ years of experience in content marketing or a related field, ideally in the developer tools or B2B tech space.

• Proven ability to create developer-focused content that drives engagement and conversions.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English (French is a plus).

Bonus Skills

• Expertise in SEO best practices and tools like Semrush or Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with DevOps, load testing, or developer tools is a strong advantage.
