Job Description

We're hiring a Social Media Assistant Intern to own format experimentation across our channels. This isn't a "schedule the posts" job. You'll spend most of your time creating short-form videos, testing new formats, and figuring out what works on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube Shorts.

You'll work directly with our Creative Lead and report into the founding team. We move quickly and we ship a lot. If a format flops, we kill it. If it works, we double down within the week.

What you'll do

  • Produce 3-5 short videos per week across our channels (talking-head, screen-recording, meme formats, voiceovers, AI-generated content)

  • Test new formats every week and report on what's pulling: hook rates, retention, saves, shares

  • Use AI tools heavily: video generation, voice cloning, scripting, B-roll automation, thumbnail iteration

  • Repurpose podcast clips, webinar moments, and creator data into native social content

  • Keep an eye on what top creators in our database are doing and steal the formats that work

Preferred Experience

You should apply if

  • You speak fluent English (our content is English-first, our audience is global)

  • You're genuinely curious about AI and already use tools like Sora, Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Claude, or whatever just dropped this week

  • You have a phone, a personality, and you're not afraid to be on camera or behind the edit

  • You can show us 2-3 things you've made (any format, any platform, doesn't have to be polished)

  • You can start immediately

Bonus points

  • You've grown a personal account or run socials for a brand/creator

  • You've shipped content using AI video tools and have opinions about which ones don't suck

  • French is a plus but not required

Logistics

  • Duration: 4-6 months, full-time

  • Start date: ASAP

  • Compensation: €1,500/month + commissions on content virality

  • Location: Paris office (Wework) + flexibility on remote days

  • Equipment provided
