Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, build, and manage a portfolio of strategic partners (agencies, SaaS platforms, industry associations, event organizers).

  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements that drive awareness and business opportunities.

  • Support and co-organize industry events, webinars, and activations with partners.

  • Work hand in hand with marketing and growth teams to align partnerships with go-to-market initiatives.

  • Monitor partnership performance, analyze results, and optimize initiatives.

  • Represent Favikon externally as a trusted, knowledgeable partner in the creator economy.

Preferred Experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or project/event management (preferably in SaaS, marketing, or the creator economy).

  • Strong communication skills in French and English (Spanish/Portuguese is a plus).

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you love creating opportunities and driving projects end-to-end.

  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Collaborative spirit, able to work cross-functionally.

Recruitment Process

  1. Introductory Interview (30 min – Marketing Lead)

* Goal: Assess motivation, career fit, language skills, and startup mindset.

  1. Case Study / Practical Exercise (1–2 hours)

* Example: Draft a mini partnership strategy for Favikon (choose 2–3 potential partners, explain the value exchange, and outline the first steps of collaboration).

* Goal: Evaluate strategic thinking, creativity, and communication style.

  1. Final Interview (30 min – CEO/Co-Founder)

* Strategic alignment, long-term vision, and candidate’s career growth expectations.
