Job Description

We're building Le Centile, a global premium creator membership and experimential series. This is your Master's validation internship: real work, real impact, real learning.

What you'll own:

  • Design and maintain Notion systems for information architecture

  • Manage all logistics for high-status events including guest communication, vendor coordination, and contingency planning

  • Triage and draft emails; flag strategic decisions to leadership

  • Research and source venues, partners, and contacts through initial outreach and vetting

  • Build checklists and runbooks that keep complex events moving

  • Solve problems on the fly when things inevitably change or break

Preferred Experience

Profile we are looking for:

  • Master's student in events management, operations, or related field

  • Obsessive about systems, organization, and how information flows

  • Proactive: you anticipate gaps, flag issues before they become problems, propose solutions

  • You care about quality—you understand that everything you touch reflects Le Centile's standard

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast pivots

  • Strong written communication

  • Independent but strategic—you know when to escalate and when to decide

  • 4–6 months, full-time

  • Hybrid in Paris, 3 days in office, occasional remote
