Job Description

As Assistant(e) Partnerships & Events, you will support our Head of Partnerships and our CEO in developing collaborations and organizing events worldwide.

Your missions will include:

  • Partnerships:

    • Assist in identifying and contacting potential partners (agencies, SaaS, brands, media, creators).
    • Help manage ongoing partnerships and follow up on deliverables.
    • Contribute to building our Partner Program and expanding our ambassador network worldwide.
  • Events:

    • Support the organization of Favikon events (Paris Creator Week, Favikon Awards, international conferences).
    • Coordinate logistics (venues, travel, guest list, stands).
    • Assist in preparing panels, workshops, and speaker management.
    • Help manage relationships with external stakeholders (event organizers, sponsors, media).
  • Communication:

    • Draft partnership materials (presentations, one-pagers, recap reports).
    • Assist in preparing promotional content for events in collaboration with the marketing team.

Preferred Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, communication, or event management program.

  • Fluent in French and English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing, and tech.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment.
