We've built the leading influencer marketing platform from the ground up, serving enterprise clients like Honda, Google, L'Oréal, Airbnb, and Uber across 120+ countries.

We're not just another SaaS company. We're creating the infrastructure for how brands discover, analyze, and partner with creators across every major platform: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Think of us as the intelligence layer for the entire creator economy.

This role offers significant autonomy, but we believe the best work happens when we're building together in person. You'll need to be in either our Paris or Cannes office 1-2 days per week (your choice of location). The rest of the time, work wherever you're most productive.

Job Description

You'll own our entire content strategy and execution across all platforms. This means building our voice on LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X, educating the market wherever our audience lives, and establishing Favikon as the definitive authority on influencer marketing and the creator economy. You'll work directly with Jeremy (CEO), Elena (Head of Partnerships & Events) and Sarthak (CMO) and have the autonomy to shape how thousands of brands and creators think about this space.

This isn't a job where you write blog posts and call it a day. You'll be creating the playbook for how a high-growth platform uses content to drive product-led growth across multiple channels.

Multi-Platform Content Leadership

  • Own our content roadmap across all channels: blog, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, email, podcasts, and partnerships

  • Define our editorial voice and POV on the creator economy for each platform (what works on LinkedIn doesn't work on TikTok, and you know this instinctively)

  • Turn complex platform features and data insights into stories people actually want to consume, whether that's a 60-second TikTok, a YouTube deep dive, or an X thread

  • Build content systems that scale without losing quality or platform-specific authenticity

Platform-Specific Strategy

  • LinkedIn: Continue growing our 125K following with thought leadership, data insights, and industry commentary that positions us as the experts

  • TikTok: Create snackable, trend-aware content about creator economy insights, platform updates, and behind-the-scenes looks at how we build our rankings

  • YouTube: Produce longer-form educational content (tutorials, creator interviews, industry analysis, case studies) that builds trust and demonstrates our expertise

  • X: Drive real-time conversations about creator economy news, share quick insights from our data, and build relationships with key influencers in the space

  • Know when to repurpose and when to create net-new for each platform

AI-Native Content Creation

  • Use AI tools to 10x your output without sacrificing authenticity (we're launching AI features that are genuinely changing the game, and you need to walk the talk)

  • Experiment with AI workflows for research, scripting, editing, thumbnail creation, and optimization

  • Find the sweet spot between AI efficiency and human creativity across different content formats

  • Share what's working with the team and push us all forward

  • Test emerging AI video and audio tools to stay ahead of the curve

Audience Development

  • Grow our presence across all platforms strategically (quality over vanity metrics)

  • Build relationships with creators, agencies, and brands in our ecosystem wherever they hang out

  • Turn our customer stories into case studies that sell themselves, adapted for each platform

  • Create content that gets shared, remixed, and referenced, not just consumed

  • Understand platform algorithms and how to work with them (not against them)

Thought Leadership

  • Position Favikon and our team as the go-to experts on influencer marketing across all platforms

  • Collaborate with me on keynote content, speaking engagements, and high-stakes communications

  • Stay ahead of trends in the creator economy and translate them into platform-appropriate content

  • Write and create pieces that get picked up by industry publications and influencers

  • Build a content engine that attracts inbound opportunities

Content Production & Team Collaboration

  • Work with designers, video editors, and potentially build out a small content team

  • Create briefs and guidelines that maintain quality even as we scale

  • Manage content calendars across multiple platforms without losing your mind

  • Coordinate with product, sales, and customer success to amplify their stories

Preferred Experience

Non-Negotiables:

  • You're obsessed with AI tools and constantly testing new ones (seriously, if you're not already using ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, and experimenting with the latest AI writing, video, and research tools, this isn't for you)

  • Native or near-native English writing ability (our market is global, our content needs to be flawless); French is a huge asset, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic are a nice plus

  • Deep understanding of how content works differently across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (you don't just post the same thing everywhere)

  • You actually use these platforms personally and understand their cultures, memes, and unwritten rules

  • Deep curiosity about the creator economy, social platforms, and how influence works

  • You can write and create for different audiences and formats without losing your voice (from CMOs on LinkedIn to Gen Z creators on TikTok)

  • Portfolio that proves you can create content people actually engage with across multiple platforms

Ideal Background:

  • 2+ years in content leadership roles, preferably in SaaS, creator economy, or marketing tech (alternances or any junior role counts if you delivered)

  • Proven experience building audiences on at least 2-3 major platforms (bonus if you've actually grown your own following)

  • Track record of building content programs that drove real business results (leads, signups, brand awareness)

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startups where you wore multiple hats

  • Understanding of SEO, content distribution, platform algorithms, and growth marketing

  • Comfortable with video content creation and editing (or managing those who do it)

  • Comfortable with data and analytics (we measure everything)

  • Bonus points if you understand the technical side of how platforms rank and distribute content
