The role
We're hiring a GTM Intern to run experiments across acquisition and pipeline channels. Your job is simple to describe and hard to execute: find channels that bring us qualified leads at a cost that makes sense, then scale what works.
You'll get a budget, access to our tools, and a long list of things we want to test. Outbound sequences, paid acquisition, partnerships, community plays, SEO/programmatic, Reddit, niche newsletters, comparison content, AI-driven prospecting. We don't know which 3 channels will dominate our next 12 months. Your job is to figure that out.
You'll work directly with the founding team and our Revenue Manager. Weekly experiments, weekly reviews, kill what's not working, double down on what is.
What you'll do
Run 2-3 GTM experiments per week with clear hypotheses, budgets, and success metrics
Build and test outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, multi-channel) using AI tools to scale personalization
Test paid acquisition on channels we haven't touched yet (Reddit Ads, niche newsletters, podcast sponsorships, X, TikTok)
Identify partnership and integration opportunities with adjacent tools in the creator economy stack
Build internal dashboards to track CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution by channel
Document everything: what we tested, what we learned, what's next
