Descriptif du poste

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your role is to engage with inbound leads generated by our marketing team, understand their needs in depth, and qualify them effectively. You’ll also help design and implement our outbound strategy to identify and engage new prospects proactively.

You’ll join a team of two SDRs and work closely with our Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities and maximize conversion.

This position involves constant, constructive feedback that helps you learn fast and grow quickly.

You’ll gain a deep understanding of our business, the challenges of textile traceability and sustainability, and how a fast-growing tech company operates.

🎯 Your missions:

  • Qualify inbound leads and pitch Fairly Made’s value proposition

  • Contribute to building and executing our outbound prospecting strategy

  • Track your KPIs and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects

  • Participate in marketing events (trade shows and conferences) — to meet everyone… and make sure everyone meets us!

Profil recherché

🔍 Your Profile

You’re looking for a 4- to 6-month internship, either during your gap year or at the end of your studies.

What will make you stand out:

  • Resilience: you enjoy solving problems, never give up easily, and proactively share ideas with the team.

  • Strong communication skills: you’re comfortable picking up the phone and speaking with all types of people.

  • Tools-savvy: you’ve already used CRM tools like HubSpot or spreadsheets like Excel.

  • Rigorous and organized: you have a structured approach to your work.

  • Curious mindset: you’re eager to learn, grow, and stay informed about what’s happening in our ecosystem.

  • Languages: you're native/bilingual in English, as you'll mainly be working on international markets

  • Bonus: a first experience in Sales is a real plus!
