As a Senior Field & Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Fabriq’s international expansion, owning and scaling marketing efforts across all of Europe. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role where you will:
• Lead and execute field marketing initiatives across multiple European markets
• Own ABM strategy and execution to drive new logo acquisition across priority accounts and regions
• Build Fabriq’s partner marketing strategy from the ground up, working closely with the Partnerships team
• Drive pipeline growth in both existing and emerging markets
• Leverage AI to accelerate planning, content creation, localization, and performance optimization across programs You will be a key bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships, ensuring strong regional execution aligned with global objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. European Field Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Own and execute the field marketing strategy across Europe, aligned with revenue goals and expansion priorities
• Play a central role in launching and scaling new markets, supporting Fabriq’s international growth
• Design and run high-impact regional programs: trade shows, executive events, roundtables, and customer engagements
• Adapt global campaigns to local market needs, industries, and cultural nuances
• Partner closely with Sales to support territory planning and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
2. ABM for New Logos (Ownership)
• Own the ABM strategy and execution across Europe to drive new logo pipeline and revenue, in partnership with Sales
• Define ABM tiers and target account lists, aligned with expansion priorities and ICP (including new-market entry needs)
• Build and run 1:few and 1:many plays (e.g., industry clusters, strategic themes, partner-led ABM), and pilot 1:1 where ROI is clear • Develop integrated account programs across channels (email, paid, SDR enablement, events, direct mail, LinkedIn) with clear sequencing
• Create account insights and messaging briefs with Product Marketing, tailored by country/industry and buying committee needs
• Measure and optimize ABM performance (engagement, meetings created, pipeline generated/influenced, conversion rates, CAC/ROI), and iterate plays based on learnings
3. Partner Marketing (Build from Scratch)
• Define and build Fabriq’s partner marketing strategy from the ground up
• Identify priority partner segments (integrators, consulting firms, tech partners) and develop joint go-to-market plans
• Create scalable co-marketing frameworks, campaigns, and playbooks
• Launch and manage co-branded initiatives (events, webinars, content, case studies)
• Enable partners with messaging, assets, and campaign support • Track and grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
4. Demand Generation & Market Development
• Drive qualified pipeline across Europe through integrated, multi-channel campaigns
• Support market entry strategies with targeted programs in new regions
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to tailor messaging for industrial audiences across different countries
• Support product launches and strategic initiatives with regional activation plans
5. Cross-functional Leadership
• Act as the voice of European markets within the global marketing team
• Partner closely with Sales leadership on market priorities, target accounts, and expansion plans
• Collaborate with Partnerships to align marketing and partner growth strategies
• Work with Content and Growth teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of campaigns
6. Performance & Analytics
• Own key metrics across Europe: pipeline generated, revenue influenced, partner contribution, ROI
• Build reporting frameworks to track performance across countries and channels
• Continuously optimize programs based on insights and market feedback
7. AI-Powered Marketing (Responsibilities)
• Use AI tools to speed up program planning, content creation, and localization while maintaining brand and message consistency • Build repeatable AI workflows (prompts, templates, QA checks) for campaign briefs, landing pages, ads, email/nurture, and partner assets
• Apply AI to improve targeting and optimization (e.g., segmentation hypotheses, creative iteration, performance insights), in collaboration with Growth/Ops
