Everything you own was made somewhere. The companies that make it run on coordination, across shifts, sites, and thousands of daily decisions. Most of that coordination still happens on whiteboards. Fabriq is the platform that changes it, bringing structure, visibility, and continuous improvement to the teams that keep the physical world running. Safran, LVMH, Scania, Danone… 70+ countries.
Most technical roles put you on one side of a wall. Close to the customer, and your product insights die in a backlog. Close to the product, and the real problems never reach you. Here, there is no wall.
Industrial organizations run complex, layered architectures built over decades. Getting Fabriq to operate inside that reality: connected, trusted, and adopted across sites; is what this role is built around.
Some deals are won in the engineering room, not the boardroom. Working closely with the Sales team, you engage technical stakeholders early, IT leads, security teams, architects, and speak their language with enough depth that questions become confidence.
Postsignature, you go deep. You learn how the customer operates their workflows, their systems, their constraints, and identify where the right integration unlocks measurable operational value they haven't captured yet. You understand what each use case is worth before you design toward it. You turn the use case into an architecture that can survive production, and you stay close until it does.
When an account runs Fabriq onpremise, airgapped networks, lockeddown factory infrastructure, environments where a misconfigured dependency is the difference between a live system and a failed pilot, you go onsite and leave with a running system.
Then comes the part that defines this role.
Over time, patterns emerge across accounts. The same platform limit showing up in different environments, blocking the same category of value. You're the one who sees it first, and the one who builds through it. Not incidentally. This is expected. The integration capabilities you ship directly expand what Fabriq can sell, deploy, and deliver at scale. Your work in the field changes the product. Every time.
This role sits at the intersection of Fabriq's most strategic accounts and its core integration architecture. What you learn, build, and ship here determines how far and how fast Fabriq can grow into the most complex industrial environments in the world.
